Privacy Policy
Last reviewed and effective: January 1, 2026
1. Overview and Scope
Kiosk Willow Pebble Systems Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"), managing the operational website kioskwillowpebbl.click, is dedicated to protecting the privacy of technical crew members, event production specialists, and site visitors. This Privacy Policy details how we handle the collection, processing, and protection of technical data when you access our technical calculators, rigging guides, and photometric references.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not operate consumer user account registration systems, nor do we store credit card numbers, payment instruments, or sensitive demographic identifiers on this platform. Calculators, including the DMX Universe Calculator, execute locally inside your client-side browser runtime and transmit no fixture count data to external remote servers.
3. Technical Server Logs
When you request resources from kioskwillowpebbl.click, our standard web server records routine diagnostic log records necessary for security and fault mitigation. This data includes:
- Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (anonymized after diagnostic review)
- Browser client user-agent strings and operating systems
- Referrer URLs and timestamp metadata
- Requested HTTP resource paths and returned status response codes
We process these server logs under our legitimate interest to defend against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) events, resolve broken asset paths, and ensure fast content delivery.
4. Direct Inquiries and Communications
If you contact our engineering support desk directly via email at [email protected], we retain your email address, inquiry context, and technical queries strictly to provide technical assistance and load evaluation support. We do not sell, rent, or lease email contact records to external commercial marketing agencies.
5. Data Retention & User Rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and related international frameworks, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of any personal communications sent to us. To exercise these rights, submit a written request to our Data Compliance Officer at our registered address or via email.
